On cards like the Proximity Mines it is stated that the charges on this card cannot be recovered. Is there really no way to recover it or can certain abilities of other cards still recover the charges?
Proximity mines' charges can never be recovered. The only way to drop more prox mines is to equip more ships with them before the game starts.
